Some guidelines to obtain 20% weightage in the Sunday School annual examinations. It is proposed for students of senior class students of 16, 17, 18 years of age to be done during their studies in Sunday school.  It is to encourage children to participate in missionary activities.
They might have finished their primary spiritual steps by this time. They can go out for gospel work for three hours in the afternoons of Saturdays and Sundays. Gospel work consists of house visits, tract distribution, visiting the sick in hospitals and praying, conduct open air meetings, etc. It should be done in the presence of pastor or teacher. First pray and then plan it in the class room. Make a rehearsal of the conversation to the public. Choose a place 5-8 kms. away from the church. Lady teachers must accompany with girl students. Here is a format for reporting.
EVANGELISM REPORT

1. Name of the student
2. Age and Date of birth
3. Name of the local church
4. Name of the teacher/pastor
5. Date and time of the Gospel work
6. Name of the place chosen
7. Adopted method (like house visit, open air etc.)
8. How was the response?
9. Briefly describe the main events
10. Signature of the student and sign of the teacher/pastor with date
